One year and 30 pounds ago, I picked up my first hoop from Hoopaholic Cebu. Thanks to watching a hoop performance and reading an article about how hooping could be good exercise, I became a hooper. I weighed almost 200 pounds then and I only started hooping after I had…
Me hoop dancing in the sunset :)
Michelle Renna may be 29 weeks pregnant, by why let a little thing like that get in the way of your hooping practice? Especially since hooping is actually really great exercise when you’re pregnant, especially if it’s active movement that your body is already used to. This is her first appearance on Hooping.org and Michelle lives in Muskegon, Michigan, USA. She’s hooping it up to a track called “Ho Hey” by The Lumineers and it’s available for you to get a copy of for yourself quite easily on iTunes.

So recently i have been really discouraged and just not had the time or the space to hoop, but yesterday i was able to go up to my friends house, she overlooks the entire valley and hoop on her deck type thing. It was amazing, and also she really does think i am just amazing in general eventhough i am really not. But anyways it made me really want to get back into the swing of things, and learn new tricks, etc.
So now i ask,
What is your favorite trick?
What is your favorite flow transition?
Either answer or submit your tutorials/videos etc!
